6th July 2010;
I designed the flyer for a new Proud Galleries club night called "Running With The Wolves" hosted by the band Breakfast With Wolves. Check the full flyer here. 21st June 2010;
I recently did some work with Scriberia for Google Jam 2010. It was a really fun brief and they liked my hand written font so much they used it for all the signage. Dan and Chris from Scriberia scribed the event, which is something I hope to be involved with in the future. Check out the full project here 22nd February 2010; The SHOP is now open! 11th February 2010;
It's been a while! From September - December 2009 I interned at Rock Sound magazine which I really enjoyed. As well as learning about how a magazine is run, making the magazine print-ready, learning some new tricks for Photoshop, Illustrator, etc, they let me contribute illustrations for issues 128 - 131. Check out the project here.
6th October 2009;
Finally got hold of copy of the book I did the cover illustrations for back in December - Missing, Believed Crazy by Terence Blacker. It's nice to finally hold it in my hands and have my name printed in the inside sleeve. In other news, inbetween my job that pays-my-bills, I have been doing a design placement at Rock Sound magazine which is helping me get to grips with InDesign, photo editing, etc. They have kindly asked me to do some illustrations for them, so in the next issue (Nov 2009 - out soon) I have a few spot illustrations, and hopefully some more in the following issue(s). 7th July 2009;
This piece of work is featuring in the 'Robots' exhibition at The Old Sweet Shop Gallery in Southfields, London. Robots are one of my favourite things to draw, so I am chuffed to be involved. Features a lot of talented illustrators, and all the work is for sale and affordable. Private view, Thursday 9th July 6-8pm. The show continues until 25th July. 9th April 2009;
My FTP server has been down for a while now, but finally I can update! Just a few things to add: I did some really fun work for Sony back in Feb, which you can see here. Also some newish sketchbook work here and a logo for a friend's production company here. I've also had some of my artwork used for a website for Native Tongue which is a great little bar and venue in Epsom, Surrey. 1st February 2009;
I have some work in the Secret Hearts exhibition at The Old Sweet Shop Gallery in Southfields. It opens today until 15th February and all work is for sale and affordable. My page in Computer Arts Projects magazine (issue 118). Contrary to the blurb, I do not have an exhibition coming up in December, it has been postponed due to my friends and I having a ton of commitments, but hopefully in the early part of 2009 we will. Check out the project here. 25th November 2008; I have not updated for ages, but I have actually been very busy! I'll be featured in December's issue of Computer Art Projects (out Dec 4th) in the 'Designer Challenge' section. I am also working on a children's book cover illustration for Pan Macmillan and am also rebranding a bar/venue that promotes local creativity in my home town of Epsom. I am also collaborating with various other artists and illustrators and may have an exhibition in the pipeline. I'm also working on getting my 'shop' sorted! So, I have a few pojects on the go and will upload new work when I am allowed to. Please check back soon. 22nd September 2008 ;
